Electrical Instructors

Mr. Ricardo Casillas
Electrician Instructor

Mr. Casillas has over 15 years of Electrical, HVAC and Building Engineering related experience, including facility management, and building automation systems. Mr. Casillas completed classes in Electrical Construction and Maintenance Construction Technologies at Los Angeles Trade and Technical College. Mr. Casillas is a member of the IUOE local 501 as a Journeyman.

Mr. Joe Torres
Electrician Instructor

Mr. Torres has over 20 years of Electrical, HVAC and Building Engineering related experience, including facility management, and building automation systems. Mr. Torres completed classes in Electrical Construction and Maintenance Construction Technologies at Los Angeles Trade and Technical College. He holds numerous professional certifications. Mr. Torres, a member of the IUOE local 501 was previously a member of the IBEW local 441 as a General Electrician Journeyman.

HVAC Instructors

Mr. Orlando Galdamez
HVAC Instructor

Mr. Orlando Galdamez-HVAC Instructor: Mr. Galdamez has over 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, including work with Lennox International. He has served both residential and commercial sectors and holds several professional certifications, including NATE specialties in Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Service & Installation, Gas Heating Service & Installation, and Air Distribution. He also earned the RSES Title 24 certification and is currently a certified test proctor for both NATE and ESCO.

Plumbing Instructors

Mr. Ruben Sandoval
Plumbing Technician Instructor

Mr. Sandoval is a California Contractor and Business Owner with a C-36 Plumbing License. Mr. Sandoval has over 10 years of experience in the Plumbing industry including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Mr. Sandoval earned a Certificate in Plumbing Construction and Operation and Maintenance Engineering (Steam Plant) from LA Trade Tech College. He also, holds a Certificate in Facilities Management from UC San Diego and is attending Indiana State University Bachelor’s Construction Management Program.

Mr. Selvin Monzon
Plumbing Technician Instructor

Mr. Monzon has over 20 years of experience in the Plumbing industry including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Also, he has 5 years’ experience in Critical Environment Data Centers. Mr. Monzon earned a Certificate in Plumbing Construction and Operation and Maintenance Engineering (Steam Plant) from LA Trade Tech College. He also, holds a Certificate in Facilities Management from UC San Diego and is attending Indiana State University Bachelor’s Construction Management Program.
